<p>The campaign includes a general promotion for the agency, as well as commercials for the Virginia Prepaid Education Program, the Virginia Education Savings Trust and the CollegeWealth program.</p>
<p>The spots are airing statewide now. Look for the commercial to be featured during the Super Bowl broadcast on February 7th.</p>

<p>The <a href="http://www.sportsbackers.org/events/10k/10k.htm"><strong>Ukrop&#8217;s Monument Avenue 10K</strong></a> was recently named one of the the top 10 races in the country by <em>USA Today</em>. And with good reason! Its mix of running, costumes and music draws well over 30,000 participants &#8212; plus huge cheering crowds &#8212; each year.</p>
<p>Elevation captured the unique spirit of the event in a new campaign featuring foot puppets engaged in offbeat race scenarios. Four television commercials, (supported with print, outdoor and radio) make up the campaign, which is intended to increase registrations and excitement for the 2010 event.</p>
<p>The community will soon have a chance to create and submit their own &#8220;footage&#8221; as part of the campaign, too. Check back for details in the weeks ahead.</p>
