A New Brand for Ukrop’s

Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods — the company formed after the sale of the popular chain of Ukrop’s grocery stores — is committed to nourishing families and communities by providing outstanding, homemade foods that bring people together around the table. Elevation recently helped the company name, develop and launch a new brand for its many prepared food options.

Good Meadow Homemades was inspired by the Ukrop’s own history. The family came to the United States from the then-Czechoslovakian village of Dobrá Niva (meaning “Good Meadow”) over 100 years ago, bringing with them a tradition of gathering everyone around the table to share a daily meal.

Elevation created the identity, brand messaging, collateral materials, website, packaging designs, in-store POP displays, and a wide range of other promotional materials to support the launch of the brand. We continue to develop even more promotional items for Good Meadow and Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods as the “new” company continues to grow.

Shaping A School’s Future

St. Catherine’s–one of the nation’s leading schools for girls–is in the midst of a $35 million capital campaign. Elevation recently created a comprehensive campaign website in support of the campaign, which includes an overview video and additional explanatory videos which will be released throughout the course of the campaign. In addition to these materials, Elevation provided templates for other campaign communications and facilitated two major marketing research projects.

Elevation recently launched a new campaign for Virginia Credit Union to build on this financial institution’s longtime commitment to helping its members save money.

The Save Smart campaign provides consumers with a wealth of easy, money-saving tips that can make a financial impact on individuals and their families. These tips are distributed via television, radio and online advertisements that link consumers to a dedicated Save Smart website that Elevation created with Virginia Credit Union to provide access to more in-depth savings tools and advice.

Consumers are encouraged to submit and share their own money-saving advice through the site’s blog, which will distribute the new tips through social networks. [To view 3 of the 12 television-based tips, click the image above. Requires a Flash plug-in to view properly.]

Shaping the MWV Brand

To support the global advertising campaign we launched for MWV this year, we developed an online series of customer communications that unveil new components of the brand each month.

Driven to the howbrandstakeshape.com site by emails, customers view the quick flash movie and then are provided with additional information which leads them deeper into MWV’s corporate website. It’s always fresh. Always high-impact. And totally trackable. [The video above requires a Flash plug-in to view properly]

Virginia Is For Business

Virginia has been ranked as one of the top states for business for years, thanks largely to the work of the great people at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Elevation recently designed VEDP’s website, www.yesvirginia.com. We also provided structural guidance for its impressive Virginia Scan tool that allows businesses to search through a range of data to find potential sites in the Commonwealth.

In addition, Elevation handled collateral development to boost VEDP’s international presence. The brochure we created (pictured above; click image for larger view) was translated and printed in eight separate versions to serve markets in Europe and Asia.

American History Starts Here

After a successful celebration of our nation’s 400th Anniversary in 2007, America’s Historic Triangle sought to develop a campaign that would keep visitors coming to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown throughout 2008.

Our integrated campaign consists of television, print, radio and online executions that are running in multiple states to remind families that the only way to fully understand the American story is to see its beginnings for yourself.
